"The owner should really retrain his managers on best practices. I just left and the drive thru hold times were flashing and they didn't have a chicken leg for my toddler. I asked for 2 chicken fingers instead but was told NO. I could have any other piece of chicken or I could cancel the original meal, be issued a refund, and then pay for the chicken tenders. I opted for option 2. I received money back from my original order because the tenders were cheaper(cost the business money), she drove up the wait time(which wasn't stellar already with a parked car), and lowered customer satisfaction in one transaction."

"Went through the drive thru on October 14th approximately one hour before closing and the service was terrible. The woman on the headset had a mean, nasty attitude, was borderline yelling at me, and rushed me through my order which stressed me out substantially. I know working fast food can be hard (I’ve done it myself) and it is oftentimes unthankful, but there is no reason to treat others this way. I don’t write reviews often, only when I experience something very off, and this was one of those experiences unfortunately."

"A few days ago I wrote a review that explained how bad the service and food I received from this KFC. Well this morning I received a phone call from the Store Manager and she asked for me to come back and get a complimentary meal, exactly the same meal. She was very nice and understanding of the situation and said she would take care of the issue. I was hesitant about going back but I did. This time every part of my meal was fresh and she treated me with respect and wasn’t angry about the previous review. I previously said I would not return, but after the way she handled the situation and made a fresh meal for me and my family, I will most definitely return. So thank you so so much for addressing and fixing the situation."

"Tasty but very inaccurate with order. I ordered 12pcs and they just gave me 6pcs. Also, ordered Mac and Cheese but gave mashed potato. Good thing that I checked before I left the store. However, staff kindly apologized. I also made my order with app and set up the pickup time. But waited more than 15min for my order. They didn’t even printed the ticket. So make sure you check your order before you leave."

"Thank you SHAMAYA for the friendly, good fast service. The food was very good. I forgot there were new fries and they were awesome! The only issue was I only got four tenders and not five as I ordered. The other order had all five tenders. A good value of a meal. I was getting back on the road and by the time I opened my box I was already on the highway. We aren’t locals."
