"We arrived and waitress finally came over after we had been sitting for 10 minutes. It was at least 10 - 15 minutes later that we got our drinks and placed our food order. The table behind us came in after us and got their food between got drinks. My waffle was cold when I got it - we could see it sitting on the counter while our waitress talked to someone at the register. My son didn't get his chili over hashbrowns; my daughter-in-law didn't get gravy on her hashbrown bowl; we asked for a bowl of pickles and it sat on their counter for a good 10 - 15 minutes; we had to ask several times for my bacon and my son's sausage; drink refills were almost non-existent...worst experience we have ever had at any Waffle House."
