"When we received our food inside of the restaurant. When we opened the bag, it was as if someone elses trash was in our food. When we told the two girls at the front register, they just laughed at us. The girl on the receipt (Makayla H) was one of the girls that laughed at us. We don't know if they did it on purpose (since they were laughing at us) or not. If it were up I would give 0 stars in the review, it was disgusting. And horrible behavior from the two girls who just laughed at us."

"We went in thinking that this would be like all the other Zaxby’s but we were mistaken. The sitting area was large but a mess. Every single table looked like it hadn’t been wiped off all day, the floor was gross and had soda spills everywhere, and the every single trash can was overflowing. It was a moderately busy day with cars lined up in the drive though. When we ordered the person spoke too quietly to hear which is obnoxious and then when we got our food it was the wrong order. When we replaced it with the correct order we were still missing sauces that we requested. The soda machine was nasty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. All in all it was giving: disgusting."

"Had lunch with two of my colleagues while visiting Newnan for work. There are plenty of parking space for this fast food style restaurant, so it was easy to park even during their busy time. There are many great decorations all over the walls. I ordered chicken tender with fries and the portions were huge. I was not able to finish. The prices are also great. The Zax’s sauce is a must to try."
