El Ranchero Mexican Restaurant

"I'm gonna start off with this when my husband, my mother, and I arrived at the restaurant. I was excited to try a new Mexican restaurant. Because it's one of my favorite foods and when we went in. I noticed the gentleman. He saw us coming in and spoke. I then watched him go around other tables that came in after us first. Until I gave him a look and then he came to us. His service was not good from the beginning. The young lady brought us our chips, and I spoke. However, she did not understand English, nor did she speak it. I was frustrated. You're in America . The icing on the cake was that it took them 30 minutes to bring us our food. And I asked for cheese inside my beans! We're not going to talk about it. It wasn't that important, nor was it good. I didn't eat it. Then, when we got our receipt, he tried to add food from the table that was there when we got there. After I asked him what the extra was on our ticket? Then he says, "Oh, I'm sorry they ordered the same thing you ordered." Now he's looking silly. It took him a long time before he came back to us anyway. I believe he thought we were gonna accept that ticket and leave. I won't ever go back here, and the food wasn't that good. I'm disappointed the service sucked..."

"I ordered 2 taco salads, the tomatoes tasted like they had been sitting out all day. They were sour. The chicken had too, too much salt, couldn't eat them This was usually my favorite place to get taco salad."

"My family and I had a horrible experience. The waiter was nice but she took a while to get us our drinks. Not only that but the food tasted horrible. Part of my sisters steak was burnt which wasn’t a huge deal. My food tasted salty and old. It also tasted like some type of soap including my dads food. Our waitress was very nice but I had to share my opinion towards this restaurant. I’m not sure if they changed their type of chicken they cook but it just doesn’t taste right. Towards the end my sisters friends stomach was hurting badly. Although the food wasn’t the best, the people/waiters were very nice. No hate towards any of the people just our opinion."

"Great food. Great value for money. Good but a little slower service which we didn't have any problem with but just a bit slower compared to other Mexican places we have been too. BUT the food and salsa was just too good. This was our first time here but this won't be the last time for sure. Place looks small from the outside but its quite big from the inside. The staff was good and provided good service overall. We ordered Speedy Gonzalez Lunch Combo and Enchiladas Ranchero and I was pleasantly surprised with the Qty of food that we got from the money. Everything tasted perfectly cooked and fresh. Keep it up guys!"
