"I called to ask what time this location closes because we have several locations that closed at 11pm and it was 10:58pm at the time, and Google can be wrong. The employee answered the phone repeatedly asking me, “ What do I want?” I simply asked “What time do you guys close?”. The man’s response was “Do you not have Google?”. I am not sure what type of shift this man has but his phone customer service was very poor! We did not go to this location!"

"Good food, but if you go when they're starting breakfast at 4am, they almost always say they're only taking cash. I waited 30+ minutes and the card machine was still down. They really need a better system that doesn't require so much downtime."

"Customer service is HORRIBLE. Waited on a sauce for 10 minutes while the lady was on the phone with her boyfriend in jail, yes I stood there long enough to know those details. Never got one. I hate that this is the closest one to my house."

"Was in Carrollton on business and stopped by the McDonald's to purchase the Double Big Mac. It is still a sloppy sandwich, but the additional patties do make a difference in taste. This should have been fixed years ago by placing two quarter pound patties on the burger. If this is your signature sandwich, put the big meat on the Big Mac and let it fly."
