"I brought my mother who doesn't often eat out for her dinner, yesterday (2/2/2024). She spent 31.00 on hard chicken. This is very unacceptable. I won't blame the young gentleman who was trying, but I will blame management. I'm sure you're trying to keep the cost of labor down, but when you have people spending their hard earned money, it's not fair to get anything less than what should be given."
"The service gets 3 stars, because it took over 30 minutes to get our food. They were extremely busy and way under staffed. The 2 ladies up front were doing they're best, but they couldn't keep up. They were very nice and polite. As busy as they were one of the guys working on the back decided that it was a good time to take a break and go outside and smoke."

"The drive Thur customer service was poor, Bad attitude, The Lady kept rushing me ,as i was trying to order, I couldn't not tell her what I wanted next before she cut me off. Then, when I pull around, I get the look from inside. Like I did something wrong. Older women.. WE GOT TO DO BETTER THAN THIS!!!! Whatever is going on with you personally, keep the job separate, stay professional at all times..."
