"The sign on the door says they open at 9 am. The current time is 9:45 and the doors are locked and nobody in sight. Lights on and open for business but the doors are locked. If they open at a later time the sign needs to reflect that and be specific with it being EST or CST."
"Stopped by to grab my wife a sandwich on the way home (12NOV2023). The hours on the door say they are open until 8pm. Lights are on, doors are locked, and no employees are around. As I'm writing this review, I watched 8 customers attempt to open the doors as well. I finally witnessed employees walking through the store to check if the customers have left, grab a drink from the sodafountain, and then disappear again. Never once unlocking the doors. Even as more customers continue to arrive and attempt to enter."
"8 pm and they told us the sitting area was closed. No sign saying it. 3 black guys behind the counter stood there for 5 minutes before they looked at us and talked to each other. 1 was on the phone. Sandwiches were pathetic. But the black girl that was there in line before us was treated like a queen. Never going back. Been told numerous times the eating area was closed. Been here 3 or 4 times and service gets worse every time 8/30/23"
