"My wife and I visited this location. As we walked in, we were immediately greeted by a smile! Baileigh greeted us with a big smile and took our order. She came over several times to make sure that we had everything and she was extremely nice. It is so nice to get this kind of experience in a restaurant nowadays. Plus the food was amazing."
"I myself have never entered past the threshold of a Shane's rib shack restaurant, I have only had the enlightening experience of ordering from them via apps, and even though it's been 15-20 minutes of waiting in a Styrofoam box in a bag being delivered by a stranger's vehicle, the sandwiches and items made by the nigh omniscient staff of Shane's rib shack almost always bring me a sense of joy far beyond any experience I've ever had in the entirety of my 'life' before finding Shane's rib shack. I'm giving them five stars on every category, because I don't CARE what the service is like they could make me wait in the rain for an hour, and the same goes for the atmosphere, it could be a run down lead packing plant for all I care IF THE FOOD IS THIS GOOD ALL THE TIME I'LL DO ANYTHING"
"Baileigh was very pleasant and helpful with good menu suggestions. Service was quick and efficient. Restaurant was clean and items at the condiment area were well stocked. Only the fourth or fifth time I’ve eaten here but it has been consistent each time."
"Everyone is always so friendly and the atmosphere is always good! I normally always get shack fries or wings and they never disappoint. Kendall and Baileigh were both welcoming and made sure everything was good before I left with my food."
