"3 weeks ago, I would have given this place five stars. My kids and I went to this place after an exhaustive day of moving and the elderly gentleman that was our server was so sweet even getting the owner from the back of the store to introduce him to us and to tell us that they pride themselves on their customer service. The food and service were so good that day, that my family and I went back the next day and the next day!! That's right folks, three days in a row I gave this place my money. A couple of days later, I called in a pickup order. I ordered some hot wings for my son. I forgot to tell them boneless on this occasion and my son reminded me when we went to pick them up. The next night, to make up for my mistake I ordered a delivery order of 20 boneless wings, making sure to say boneless, and an order of fries. They were delivered by a sweet lady and to my surprise they were bone in. I called the restaurant to let them know of the mistake. The woman that picked up the phone put me on hold to transfer me to Johnny who apparently was taking the delivery orders for that night. Before I could ever open my mouth, johnny, the owner, starts tearing into me telling me: "If you wanted boneless you should have said boneless! I'm not a mind reader!! I can't come back out to your house and redeliver!! if you want it fixed, you have to bring it up here! I'm behind as it is! I said, "whoa whoa whoa whoa, hold your horses there. First of all how are you going to speak to me that way?! Second of all, I was just up at your restaurant 3 days in a row last week and you all told me you pride yourself on customer service and then you're going to speak to me like that? Third of all I did say boneless. My kids were standing right there with me and they heard me. Fourth of all, you don't talk to people that way!" I was absolutely floored that after I had visited this place 4 days in a row the owner had the audacity to speak to me this way. I have not been back. I am very disappointed because I really planned on this being a frequent spot from my family as we literally live just a quarter mile from this place. Not good Johnny, not good."

"I picked this place because I loved the feedback from the owner of the negative reviews. While my wings were a little on the small side, they were pretty good. I got the hot lemon pepper(dry) and the Cajun (dry) Glad i didnt have to tell them to make them extra crispy like some other places. Prefer that anytime. Can't really spell on the Atmosphere as I just picked up a to go order but lady who caused me out was nice."

"Had a great dining experience tonight. This is the best wings I’ve ever had. The service was very prompt and they checked on us so frequently, I never ran out of my drink. Our waitress even recommended the Tandoori wings (very spicy!) and they were exceptional! 10/10 recommend coming here for WINGS!"
