"The food tasted good. I ordered two, two-piece chicken dinners and there was a leg and a wing in one box and a leg and thigh in one box. I was disappointed in that. At least put a thigh and a leg in the box. The food was good though"
"Just always loved my Jack's but today was different. I walked in and thought it might be the Manager, but she didn't greet me, didn't take my order right and instead talking to an employee. I walked up and she paused took my order and didn't pay much attention to me. She didn't ask if I was eating in or taking out. So, I got my food and she didn't say have a good day or anything. So, I got my drink and the fountain drink machine was nasty, I sat down, and I look to my left in the picture you will see a mess on the table and the table behind me had salt and pepper on the table. I eat my food and I get the Big BLT and I bite my sandwich and the tomato is ice cold like it's been in the freezer. So, I will not be coming back to this location any more."
"Drive thru order.. $28 worth of food for my family. Picture of burger is exactly how I found it when I took it out of the bag. "Bacon cheese fries" had ZERO cheese & very little bacon. I called & reported it to the manager & she offered to remake the food. Very kind but how inconvenient. I live 15 mins from Jack's in Jacksonville. How about your workers slow down & make the food the correct way to begin with!"
