"I had a Vito with all the fixings and a drink and jalapeno chips. It was delicious. The seasoning and vinaigrette dressing already on it was so delicious that I didn't even use the included mustard. The jalapeno chips complimented the sandwich perfectly. The service was excellent. I will definitely be using them again."

"The food was delightful. My problem was I place to order online and it took over an hour and still no message our email saying that stuff is ready .I called them and the girl said oh yeah we forgot to send the message or the email my problem is you need to get people that works in your company know what they're doing instead of young little girls are young boys playing around and stuff instead of doing their job that's the only problem with Jimmy John's they had people that needs to grow up and know how to work in a business and the owner needs to check their employees very well and make sure they're doing what they're supposed to do or this manager instead of him playing around instead of calling people letting them know their order is ready I should not had to wait no hour for my order and then I had to call to see if it was ready they're supposed to send me a message or email shame on you Jimmy John. And I think it's really cute send me a message at 6:33 p.m. and saying my order is ready and I called at 4:25 p.m. and place my order they think that's a joke to do customers like that the owner of this company really needs to check their workers out"
