"It's extremely sad and disappointing how slow this restaurant does their job. I hope the management here gets fired and replaced for allowing the speed of work to run extremely slow. There is no excuse as to why there is a limited amount of workers daily, causing a massive line to be created. Do better"
"This has to be the slowest McDonalds I’ve ever been to. So many people waiting for orders. They have no way of track what order belongs to who. They just go to every car and ask if the order they have is theirs."
"I get home after riding in the dark eating half the Burger. Call the store for the manager to tell me that I can call and talk to somebody at home office that sometimes they just look a little bit pink. This burger is raw through and through and she was rude and did not even say she was sorry they had seven cars pulled up at once. Maybe they should take their time and get these orders out correct instead of rushing and serving people food that could make them Sick. If we get food poisoning, we know where it came from!"
"I am a student at Jacksonville State just down the road, so I go here a lot. Every time I come here the food is warm at best not hot at all, and the fries are never salty enough. The problem here is the service, the workers especially the manager are among the rudest people I have seen at a restaurant."
"I have been to this McDonald’s several times since it re-opened. I went through the drive thru and ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and ketchup only and a blue raspberry slushy icy thing. I drive all the way home, get my food out and sit down to eat. Like I was starving, I bit into my burger and was mortified at the taste. It was UNCOOKED!! I’m not talking about a little pink, it was rare! I immediately spit the disgusting bite out and tried to contact the facility. It rang several times and I got an auto response that the mailbox was full. I hung up and tried to call back 3 more times and those 3 times it no longer rang, it went straight to the “mailbox is full” message and disconnected. My teenagers ask for McDonald’s all the time and my response will be a h-e-double hockey sticks NO!! If you do continue to go to this location, check your food before you dive into a bite!"
