"Went to Isshin’s after getting off of work one day, I took it as a to-go & went on my merry way. I get home & am eating & realize there is a wrapper submerged in my crab cream cheese wonton, I returned to the restaurant in hopes to get a refund. The woman who I assume was the manager had a rude demeanor asking what was wrong, I explained. She tried to explain that it wasn’t nasty that it was sanitary. I then go on to say I didn’t want anything non-edible in my food, she refused to give a refund & insisted on a credit. With this incident in mind, I had no plans on coming back. She then insisted I get them remade, I declined. So, she was forced to go to her last option, a refund. I hope that this review doesn’t feature you from going but raises awareness to the restaurant to be more careful when preparing food ."

"Absolutely amazing as usual! Sushi is so good and their bubble tea is great! I got the fisherman's roll and a Taro Bubble tea with black tea. It's also good with green tea."
"Pepper is the only thing I tasted in the hot & sour soup. The hot lava sushi was ok. Chicken hibachi was loaded with pepper too. The best thing was the salad dressing. The interior is very overcrowded with junk to buy. I think there’s 2 tables inside. Sketch was my first though pulling up."
"We were originally going to try the Japanese steakhouse that's down the road, but couldn't find anywhere to park, especially with our trailer... but I'm glad we ended up here. This is the most heartwarming place I've ever eaten at. We were greeted very warmly, and they were very patient with us as we stared at the menu for several minutes. I very much enjoyed my California roll and chicken fried rice, and I think my husband enjoyed his hibachi chicken but he ate so fast I'm not convinced he tasted anything. He also got the Isshin fried rice, and enjoyed that as well. A regular customer came in and was welcomed as though he were well-loved-family, and got a big hug from the fellow who was doing the cooking (Bob?). All in all, I was very, very pleased with the service, general atmosphere, and the food. Thank you kindly, we hope to see you again the next time we're out this way!"
