"Update: (3/10/23) It has been a total of 6 months since my first interaction with jubilee. I can attest they have gone above and beyond to help my learning curve. Roger supplied me with YouTube channels to learn from, spent no less than a full hour teaching me chemical balances, and every week they test water for free to keep my pool spot on. In addition I've done price comparison with their products and they are right in line with direct shipping companies I've found (meaning not gouging). Its nice to find trustworthy companies. ------------------------------------------------- 1sr review: November 2022 Have not interacted beyond having them do an inspection, so I cannot review their general service or store. However, they did an impressive job with the inspection and spent an abnormal amount of time answering my endless questions. The inspection followed a full report via pdf. I will use for service I future if the situation arises."
"Great work. They are new to this location but the work they did was great. They cleaned my green pool to perfection and changed out the sand in my filter. During the entire process, they kept me informed of everything that needed to be done. They also took the time to give me more information on how to better maintain my pool."
"Recently stopped in, and was able to get my water tested for free. One of the owners Rodger, was able to tell me exactly what I needed and more importantly what I did not need. He was not just trying to push chemicals on me he actually recommended I come back in a few weeks and that I was in good ranges right now. Also got a lot of great information on the Kamado Joe grills. Will be back in the spring to grab one of these bad boys. Really good price."
