"I hate to have to edit this review. After many years of great service the first time I need something I get very bad advice. I was involved in a not at fault accident and called the office for advise. I was told to not report it to Donegal, my insurance company. I explained at length what my fears were and my intentions. I was told there was a chance I could have a rate hike or be dropped. So, I followed the advise of my trusted agent. Big mistake! Now the insurance company is off the hook and no support from Byrd! Read you policy, understand you policy, do not take advise from Byrd!"
