"Drive-thru had ridiculously long wait times and they are severely understaffed. I was told to go back around after the prescription was supposed to have been ready for pickup. They withheld my insurance and credit card while I was waiting again and wouldn’t answer the window until they were free. Overall time to get my medication was 2 hours. The pharmacist at the time was extremely unprofessional and mentioned that my food allergies wasn’t a medical allergy. This snarky comment was irrelevant to fulfilling my prescription and added to my frustration that day. Lately, their team seems to be trying to refill my medications without authorization. I keep getting notified to refill and it’s not needed at this time. Probably to get insurance money before EOY. I would consider another local pharmacy."

"Today I was shocked by the excellent service provided by Ronda. Ronda was friendly and so professional. She treated me as she was happy that I came in. She treated everyone in line the same. My previous experience at this CVS was horrible and made me never want to return to the store. I tried this location because they had the medication I needed in stock. What a big change from my previous experience. I'm actually glad that I chose this location!"
