"This Walmart is bottom line trash the management team is even worse you ask for the store manger they’ll give 99.9 reason why you can’t speak to him let them tell it he’s always on vacation or on a conference call despite the fact he was standing arm reach of me needless to say this was their everyday lie however the front end coach Natalie who I had a pleasure of speaking with twice was very helpful respectful and very polite despite the fact she wasn’t able to help me the first times she still showed empathy and eventually she was able to help me with the approval of the store manager if I could give the store zero stars and Natalie 5 I would!!! I don’t like the way the staff handle my situation!!!!"

"I'm not a fan of their check outs lines, but I love that they always have what I am looking for. If you get there before 11am, you are good to go. I wish they would get a few self-checkout lanes to counter those extra long lines you encounter after noon until closing."

"My local Wal-mart has all the basics and is stocked pretty well, except when there's a pandemic or inflation...LOL. The deli selection is good and they're getting better in the Produce section. The store has been consistent in products over the years from clothing to automotive to personal items. The only negative is that the blood sugar strips my wife needs they usually never have (Reli-On Premier), so we have to get from the Stockbridge location. Overall, very convenient and pretty good quality goods. Update: They have remodeled the entire store. It's brighter and has brand advertisements throughout the clothing department. Fewer cashiers but now most registers are self checkout. Many of the areas have been rearranged, but now their locations make more sense. The pharmacy had a makeover as well. Much needed improvements!"

"The lady Tiffany Malone shown here needs to be demoted! My experience here was absolutely horrendous and reminded me why I prefer Target. I wanted to return an item in which I had the proper receipt for. Upon walking up, she goes, “Come On”, I didn’t say anything I just looked up. She did apologize for that part. She claimed to be the front end manager yet her name tag says,” Team Lead”. She refused to allow me to speak with a manager. Now for my return Tiffany refused to accept my return with a receipt despite it being within the 30 day window. I contacted corporate and they asked her why she was refusing the return. This rude thing says, “it’s at my judgement” and I can’t. I will be following up with the manager shown on the billboard “Dingle”, who supposedly is on vacation. If she doesn’t like her job she needs another one. I didn’t deserve the service and non compliance of Walmarts policy."
