"If you need your prescription ASAP, Do not have your doctor Send it here. I have COVID and STREP. My doctor called in my prescription at 9:17am. At 3:30pm They asked me to wait until after 6:30 PM. At 6:30 PM I called them Because they have not reached out to me. It’s 7 PM and I’m just now getting my medication. Slow staff. Poor communication. No DRIVE!"

"While the pharmacy technicians are polite, I concur with the other comments about the service. After using Publixs in Buckhead for a year I have relocated and this is the closest pharmacy. First, the substitutions began which is not a big deal but for them to tell me when it will be completed and to come in and it not be is frustrating. Also to have both the techs and the PHARMACIST constantly yell yell indirectly outloud for everyone to hear that it is over the counter is not professional. So what if it is, the doctor sent it over. Fill it and fill it on time. I will escalate this because I have noticed no replies to the comments."
