"If I could give less than 0 I would. Poor and untimely communication from the staff and office. Further, they don't stand by their commitments and their policy. The worst mistake I ever made was getting state farm insurance and dealing with this branch. I would highly advise anyone against going to them and or seeking l dealing with them. The good neighbor thing is only a marketing gimmick as they would rather make commercials with celebrities than to do right by the hard working families."
