"WORST customer service… I have never used my account, they have charged me for another year even after asking to have my account cancelled twice & they fall back on they don’t refund so once they charge you even if you asked cancel you’re stuck and paid for the year. Could be a great platform unfortunately the people are crooked. I will be reporting to my credit card company and close the account they have just to be sure they can’t continue to charge me. Such a hassle."

"Great product, very convenient, users and receivers love it - BUT - customer service is lacking, has a slight attitude, can never solve or answer a question over the phone - a ticket must be opened (which I am perfectly fine with) but then all responses are by repetitive emails. First email is always a generic "do it yourself" email, which most the time doesn't cover the situation. What could take a matter of seconds to resolve, can take days. SIGNiX is in the "digital" business but you could also use a phone."
