"Not sure if this is an Identigo problem or the establishment but was never able to attend any of my appointments due to office being closed. The office was closed due to sick employee but that was never posted anywhere so a large group of people waited outside the office with no information for almost an hour. Went back another day but was told my previous appointment was no longer valid and could not be seen until I booked a new one. Just a frustrating experience and not reliable"

"Extremely rude. If this is the same lady that runs the identogo, I do not recommend. She is condescending and rude. I asked her if she was calling people by their appointment time or by their arrival order. Apparently, this annoyed her. After she responded sarcastically, I decided that I wasn’t going to pay to be disrespected. I took my things to my car and then walked back in to get the customer service number off the sign. I never said a word to her first. She questioned me about what I was doing. She threatened to call 911 and report me as trespassing. She kept making comments as I showed her what I was writing. I intentionally refrained from saying much to her because she seems like the type that will escalate things and try to get the police involved. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE and I DO NOT RECOMMEND. If I could give zero stars, I would."
