"I have been trying to get a insurance claim done with this store since November 16 2023 for a Bictoian 1800’s lamp that I took to the store to pack and ship for me , I wanted to be sure it was going to get there and not get broken so I paid them $120.00 to pack and ship and I paid extra for insurance to cover it , it was broken when it got to the buyer , so I went on line to file a claim and it said I was restricted from filing the claim that the store had to do it , so I went to the store and told them they have me an email to send them information , they kept asking for things like photo’s receipts Ect’s all this time they were gather information and did not file my claim with the insurance and unknown to me that they had not done anything and I called UPS and they gave me the insurance company phone number and they said no claim had been filed and it was two weeks past time to file , so I contacted the store and the manager had not filed my claim , so I filed a complaint with the UPS franchise and nothing has changed , I still have the buyer wanting a refund and I am going to the Better business bureau tomorrow to file a complaint and thinking about filing small claims court for the $600.00 insurance and $5.000. For stress and fraud going to be way more costly to them if they don’t do the right thing and pay the insurance claim who knows how many people they are doing this to and getting by with it , maybe I am the one who comes a long and does something about a company cheating and luring to the consumer."

"My husband and I recently stayed in Chattanooga. We forgot one of our bags as we checked out of our motel. We noticed the missing bag when we arrived at our destination near northwest Chicago around 9pm. This bag contained most of my medications. The staff at store 3188 were so very helpful, efficient and kind in retrieving my bag and expediting it to us. Everything was well packed and nothing was missing. The manager, Linda, couldn't have more understanding as she assisted us during a stressful and challenging time. I can't thank her and her staff enough."

"So I couldn't find the right box at Walmart, I go to ups and they sell me a box that was way too big but didn't have smaller ones- 27 dollars for a friggin' box? So I use tons of buble wrap and even old clothes to secure my art in the box, take to usps because sorry they are ALWAYS cheaper. Box too big for them to ship. Go figure. Take to ups, 130 bucks to ship to Santa Fe, NM. Wild over 150 dollars to ship a 20x22" framed painting. I'm floored. What a total rip off. I make a living off of art. I'm not just shipping things because I feel like it. Lower your prices. Will never go back if I have to. Also I'm waiting on art supplies being shipped by ups and I'm not holding my breath."

"Not sure why this place has such bad reviews. Everyone here was super nice and efficient. We had to drop off a package as well as get some notary stuff done. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here again!"

"The absolute worst customer service. Would rate this store a zero if possible. I shipped an important notarized legal document to my attorney through this store in late May, was told since it was a Friday it didn't make sense to overnight, and Ground would get it there on Monday. I left the country on Tuesday for a trip. Find out while I'm gone that my attorney never received it. When I get back in the country two weeks later, go to the store, speak with the manager. She finds that tracking shows it's lost, copies my receipt and says they will look into it and call me -- but it will be at least 12 days. While I'm there I had to redo the legal docs and have them notarized and shipped again. Never receive the promised call. Go back two weeks later to ask about it, am told the manager has Covid and I speak with the person filling in for her. He again copies my receipt and says they will track down what's going on, and if they can't resolve it, will file a claim. But it will be likely another 12 days before they have an answer. Never get a call. During this time I'm unable to file a claim online, and the store later tells me they have a lot of people having that issue. But again, never a call from the store as promised -- twice. Go back a third time this week, find out they never filed the claim. The employee then suggests I call individually the three facilities in Atlanta where the package might be located to see if I can find it. After I declined to do so (given I already had to re-ship the documents) and ask they file a claim as they originally said they would, they again copy the receipt and say they will file a claim. Receive a call from the store the very next day stating they can't file a claim because "it's been too long." Unreal. Appears they strung it along all this time because no one wanted to deal with it, while lying to the customer about the outcome. What a nightmare. Never again with this store."
