"I don't write a ton of reviews, but man was this place rude and unprofessional. I was inquiring about a 1031 exchange and they offered the service but didn't seem to be very knowledgable about it. I was purchasing a house via an assignable contract, and the person on the phone got super short and hung up on me saying they don't do those closings, despite the fact that I was never asking them to do the closing, only provide the 1031 exchange service."
