"Horrible customer service!!! I was charged for medicine that was covered by my insurance. People make mistakes ok , it’s frustrating but when I get to the store to make you aware of the mistakes you made don’t have an attitude with me !! Very unprofessional and dismissive!! Won’t be using again! Also the medicine is never ever on time !!!!!"

"Prescription is NEVER ready on time! Dr called in prescription at 945am, I called to make sure it was received and time to pickup. I was told yes and the meds would be ready In 2 hours. Showes up at 1:10 pm to give some extra time and my daughter's meds still aren't ready. No smiles and rude ladies working behind the counter."

"Dismissive and unprofessional. Will leave you on hold for 20+ minutes. When you hang up and call back you'll likely receive service as if they wernt busy at all. Go to Walgreens or CVS."

"I get prescriptions twice a month and every single time I go, they are either not ready or they just don't have them at all. I use the app and/or phone to place my refills and always at least 12hrs in advance. Some are even on auto-refill and they are still not ready when I go to pick up. And they will not call and save you the trip if there is an issue, you will only be told after you have wasted your time going there. Finally called to have all of my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy and got told they were going to lunch in 2 minutes and could not help me, to call back 2 hours later. All I want is to never have to deal with these people again"
