"Their office staff doesn’t care about the customers. - absolutely have no manners to speak to customer - doesn’t work in the interest of patients. On one side dentist says the treatment can’t wait and the front staff doesn’t give appointment for 1 month. And which made me pay extra deductive in the new year. They don’t act in the best interest of patients or their money. - they ask you to sign for an estimate and then the bill doesn’t reconcile with the estimate. There are more charges in the actual bill than what they made you sign for. - just absolutely rude to talk to, inconsiderate, I took my kid out of school and called ahead we were running late and still refused to see us. I requested to be treated on one side. I was told this can’t happen, everything has to happen together. Next time when we went for the treatment, they gave me an estimate for 2 sittings (off course extra charges), when I questioned the dentist directly, she treated both at the same time. But again their office staff doesn’t care about the patients I don’t think their office staff even deserve 1 star."

"My daughter was a patient for 13 yrs. Not once I have cancelled or requested a change. Today was the day that I requested one because my pet had emergency vet appointment. I had to pay $30.00 broken appointment fee for the change of appointment which is ridiculous. They did not even consider my emergency situation. As a mom I had to manage some how and come for the appointment."
