"Ordered 12 Buffalo Shrimp Medium, only got 11, only half sauced, with pretty much mild sauce, and a pile of “bottom of the bag bits.” Also had a few beers, terrible head, and the last one I questioned because it was noticeably not full. Picture attached. Asked about the not full beer, was told, the head went down. No kidding? Well top it off! Nope! This is the worst Hooters I’ve ever been in and I’ve been in 20+. Just terrible, be better. Oh, and the bar manager was a fat slob walking around acting like he was doing something but just trying to be close to the waitresses. All around bad restaurant."
"Our waitress did a good job when we saw her but when she would drop something off at our table she would turn right around when we weren’t done trying to get everything we needed to be settled. The food was cooked right but there was absolutely no flavoring or seasoning to any of the food we ordered which was breaded wings, fries, and tots. The food was very bland. Hooters also charges $16.99 for 10 wings with no celery / carrots, no side item and one dressing. A little absurd of a price for just the wings."
"Food was excellent. Hot fries salt and pepper are perfectly seasoned. I also had boneless wings with three mile island sauce. They were fried to perfection and happy to say no extra sauce was needed to make up for dry spots. Service was great..better than most of the ones in Orlando. Great first impression."
"The service was fine, but the food could be a lot better. Nothing came out hot. We had wings, curly fries, cheeseburger, and mozzarella sticks. We waited on curly fries, and then they were not hot when we received them. For the price I was very underwhelmed. Again, the service was fine, but the kitchen staff needs to put more pride in food being sent out."
"You call this food? I got a 5 piece chicken tender with waffle fries. The chicken was so overcooked that it wasn't edible. The waffle fires well might as well say I didn't even get any of those. I literally got 6 waffle fires, which I had to pay extra for to upgrade. I also asked for them to be extra crispy, and they were soggy as hell. Don't recommend!"
