"I went to Starbucks one time, years ago. To me, the coffee sucked and everything else was grossly overpriced. I don't need to spend $5 for a cup of coffee to make myself feel "hip" and "woke". I make coffee at home in my "French Press", using espresso beans and some added cinnamon powder. To each his own!"

"My fiance is an every day regular at this location, spending a good deal of money per week and supporting the business. Her drink is relatively simple compared to others on the menu and she gets the same one every day.. after she kindly asks them to remake it because it's WRONG (to a condescending employee with a little too much attitude). She has certain health conditions preventing her from being able to consume certain ingredients like oatmilk so she makes it very clear to use other ones. They use those ingredients anyways. She actually used to work a strenuous shift at Starbucks on Towne lake, the busiest store in that district, so she often tells me how easy the staff at Riverstone have it but they get it wrong constantly anyways. The lack of work ethic in most of these employees is painfully obvious with their scowls and inability to perform basic tasks over and over again. Is it really that hard to work at Starbucks on Riverstone? Is it terrible training? Laziness? These errors are really starting to feel personal and intentional because of how constant they are, not to mention the sarcasm and repeated statements from the apathetic and rude looking baristas. Guess what? You don't HAVE to work there, you GET to work there. Unprofessional and embarrassing. If I could give 0 stars on service I would. Get it together kids! This is the real world, not Mommy and Daddy's house.*Facepalm"

"there are a few baristas who are super sweet and always kind. i come to this location every morning for the same drink. the inconsistency and inconvenience is baffling. it is a toss up everytime whether the drink will be made semi similar to the one before. if you’re stopping by i would recommend heading a few minutes down the road to the exit 19 location."

"Truly depends on the day with this location. I only frequent this store because of the commute I make. They could definitely work on being more personable. There was an instance where the app charged me twice for my -one item-mobile order and so I just requested the order to be made twice instead of going through the refund process. The young girl that I was speaking to was so nice and helpful however a male employee across the bar started telling me all of the ways he could NOT help me. I felt like that was very odd and disrespectful to not only me but the employee helping me. She resolved my issue. There are some very unhappy employees here and it definitely shows in the drinks sometimes. Again, it just depends on the day."

"Standard starbucks food / drink. Quiet atmosphere. No drive through option. The staff are kind, efficient, and friendly. Store is clean and bathrooms well maintained."
