"This is my happy place!! I’ve been here countless times and it’s always clean, safe, well-maintained, and has a great vibe. There are so many great local events hosted here like 5Ks, food and music festivals, egg hunts, model plane competitions, dance classes, etc. Any of the events makes for a great time. As far as exercise goes, the trails are in phenomenal paved condition. The trails are nearly flat and span several miles. They’re great for running and biking. There is a connector trail through the woods that leads to heritage park. And on the river walk portion of Etowah river park there is a hidden loop through the woods. The park is very kid and dog-friendly. I always feel safe bringing my toddler to play here. There’s a great playground on the Etowah river park side and a brand new playground on the heritage park side. In my opinion this is the best park in the northern Atlanta area. We are so fortunate to have it right here in Canton!"
