"Love meeting my F3 Brothers in the dark of the morning to work out here! The football field, tennis courts, sidewalks, and playground equipment make for a great place to hold our boot camp workouts. See you ITG! Not sure what that means? Cone join us and find out. 5:30am every Thurs. Or be there at 5am for a "warmup" pre-run."
