Store employees couldn't answer simple questions about sizing and offered very little assistance. Expected more from a business that specializes in men's wear."

"I went shopping for a suit at the St. Clairsville Men’s Wearhouse. The suit is very classy. Once we established size, the assistant started pulling out shirts and ties. I asked if the shirt comes with the suit, he said yes, which was discovered to be untrue at check out. They call and leave a voicemail that the suit has arrived. I call ahead of time to reassure that it is ready. The staff put me on hold for 20 minutes until I hang up (I was on my way anyhow). When I arrive, not only can they not find the jacket but the pants aren’t tailored so I will have to make another trip out."
