"Unbelievable the prices are just outrageous for a second hand store. The ppl that really can't afford name brand would come there but now the only thing is have to hit more yard sales or go to the house of carpenter at least they still only charge 25 cents for clothing... the good will charging 5 dollars for a shirt that was given to them for free is just uncalled for.."

"She would not let me bring my support dog in. Never had a bit of trouble taking him with me anywhere. I will never go in Goodwill at the st clairsville plaza again. When someone has an emotional support dog clerks should be more accommodating and less demanding of the customers and they should do it with a better attitude. If I have an emotional support dog, why would you want to try to upset me?"

"Probably the rudest store I have ever been to. My friend and I came in at 6:10, when they close at 6:30 & knew exactly what we wanted. Keep in mind there were two other ladies shopping in the store. Around 6:20 they dimmed the lights which made it even harder for us to see. I decided to try a pair of jeans on & the lady, I believe her name was Pamela, said to me “are you guys almost done? We are trying to close” I said, “ yes, I just have to try these on” Pamela said, “okay well we are really trying to close.” In the rudest way possible and made a face of total disgust. Then tried being nice after she realized we were buying items. Only to find out that they were rushing us out to go to the Belmont county fair. Probably never going to go back after this experience :)"

"I am donating a couple hundred dollars worth of baby clothes and a few clothes from my niece along with some baby supplies. Guy saw me pull up with my truck and ran inside. I thought he was going in for help. Nope, I rang the door bell 3 times and no one came out to help. This was at 5:55, they close at 6. I will not be donating to this store again."
