"I purchased two pairs of jeans on Sunday 2/5/23. They didn’t fit so I went to return them on Saturday 2/11. When I got to the store I saw I didn’t have a receipt in the bag, only two coupons. When I tried to get my money back, I was told they wouldn’t refund my money without a receipt. I could only do an exchange or get merchandise credit. I took the jeans hoping I could find the receipt. Brought the jeans back on 2/15. I decided to take merchandise credit since I couldn’t find the receipt. I was told they didn’t issue merchandise credit. The girl at the service rudely showed me the policy on the back of a receipt. A manger was called and I was told I could do an exchange for items at what the jeans were priced for now, which was over $20 less then what I paid. I won’t ever shop at the St Clairsville location or any of their locations again"

"Do your home work on what products you want to purcahse from this place.. most of their products are straight trash and their store manager is an @$$ hat who won't let you return anything once you take it out of the package.... I now own a busted up trashy deer blind that was never hunted out of."

"I went to buy a Shotgun at 430 on Sunday. After tracking down the clerk, he rudely stated that he would not do a background check 1.5 hours before closing. I could tell he was having a bad day, so I told him that it would be easy as I have a concealed permit and buy weapons often. It would not take more than 20 minutes. He retorted that he didn't care. I told him I would ever return to the store, and simply stated good. I then went to Rural King to buy a similar Shotgun and 20 minutes later I walked out with the gun and ammo."

"The store is pretty great really. I would have rated it way higher if you could have actually see the gun prices and the description of the guns. I don't know how you're supposed to see what you're buying. Other than that great store"

"Visited this location on 9-18-21, in search of a new pair of shoes. The store was clean, not crowded, and had everything I needed and wanted... accept helpful employees! After seeking out numerous pairs of shoes that I was wanting to purchase, I couldn't find an employee anywhere, and finally when we did, there was absolutely 0 acknowledgment. Passed the younger gentlemen at the register before entering the mall, and he turned his head and avoided all contact. Surly, others seen us in the general area and shoes from afar, but, all kept walking. I understand the retail environment right now, I've done it for years, and it isn't easy. Places are under staffed, and over worked, and struggling. I always try to give benefit of the doubt. With that being said, you HAVE to acknowledge your customers! It truly is the first step to a good employee, and customer interaction and no one in this location seemed interested. Went to a nearby store to make my purchases..."
