"I sent my older father to staples for me while i was at appoint. Asked him to have a five page document scanned and emailed to me. I needed it on pdf and my scanner broke. They’d charged him near 18$. To have papers scanned???? 4-5 papers. scanned. and emailed. that’s it. He was COMPLETELY ripped off!!!!"

"I had to send a fax (I know right). There were no pens available to fill out the cover. No help from associate. I had to return to my car for a pen. Associate did not appear to be concerned if anyone there completed their visit. If I do not have too, I will not return."
