Bad Daddy's Burger Bar

"we wanted to visit this place for a long time and finally had a chance on Sunday night. We had a great time with the food and our server was great apart from being a great artist (more on it below). Here is the summary of our experience there: i) Ambiance 4.5/5 - The place was not overcrowded and has a casual vibe with a bar and seating to enjoy there. I have heard some Bad daddy locations are dog friendly but I am not sure about the Roswell location. ii) Service 5/5: The service was great and our server Shayna(apologiesif I misspelled the name) was amazing. She was patient with our requests and gave great suggestions. We also saw her make a quick art of Courage the "cowardly" dog on the whiteboard near the kitchen which was amazing :) iii) Food 5/5: We really liked everything we ordered and also the suggestions that Shayna gave here. Here is the summary of what we ordered: Shakes: a) Cookies and cream - This was very thick and creamy with lots of cookie crumbles. My wife is a connosieur of sorts for this shake and she said hands down this is the best version she has had b) Make your own shake: I tried the strawberry, vanilla shake with Ghiradelli chocolate syrup. All good from the restaurant side but I will not recommend it since it was too sweet and I didn't really like the combo. So I will suggest to try this only if you are sure of the combinations. Appetizers: 1) Tater tots: We ordered the double size and it was too much for us to finish so we took it home. They could be too salty for some people. I really liked the chipotle ranch which our server suggested as it complimented it well. Main course: 1) Bad Daddy All American burger: My wife ordered this. She felt it was juicy and she liked that it has red onion. The only bit for improbvment would be to add a little more cheese since she ordered the home made cheese and was looking forward to it. 2) Make your own burger with buttermilk fried chicken: I really liked the freedom to make your own buger liked that it was crispy and juicy in the center. I also like that they have all ingredients on the side for your liking. They also give you the freedom to choose as many condiments on the list you want. The only thing to know is that it does not come with any sides abut I think its justified since its cheaper than other burgers iv) Value for Money 5/5: I really feel the place is value for money considering the make your own burger is 8.95+ and shakes are starting 5.95. Recommended: a) Cookies and Cream shake b) tater tots for the quantity and the taste c) Make your own burger for the options Not Recommended: a) Make your own shake if you are not sure of the taste combination I really like that they give you the freedom to make your own burger/salad and shake and the staff is really helpful. Overall definitely recommended and I am going to go back soon for sure"

"We came here recently on a Saturday night because my boyfriend was craving a burger. We had never tried this restaurant before but we pass it often so we decided to give it a go! It was super dead on the Saturday night that we went, which I wouldn’t have expected. We were seated immediately and we were one of two occupied tables in the whole restaurant. Our server was absolutely amazing! She was very attentive and super personable. She checked on us frequently and really went above and beyond. We started off with the Parmesan truffle fries which were delectable!! We were actually really impressed. Truffle fries can be hard to get right and I feel as if theirs were perfect. We killed the first bowl so fast, and we ended up ordering a second! We didn’t get any alcoholic beverages, however they have a full bar with lots of options for liquor, beer, and milkshakes! My boyfriend ordered the “bacon cheeseburger on steroids” and he said it was amazing! His rating was 8.5/10. The burger was super juicy and loaded with flavor. We were very pleasantly surprised with this burger bar and we would definitely go back! For sure would recommend! Great casual date night idea, or a perfect spot to get together with friends!"

"I found this place and been eating this faithfully. Keto burger (no bun) and side salad. Well tonight a flying bug was dead in my salad. So of course I didn't even open my hamburger cause now I'm disgusted. This never happen here. Their prices are reasonable and I thought I found my place. Never again!"

"Great tasting burgers! 5* Very reasonable portion. The bartender was very friendly and professional handling my to-do order. Wait time was very reasonable (wasn't busy at Tue dinner hours)."

"The service and atmosphere are great, but normally when you go to a restaurant it is to eat. I ordered a BD burger, no onions, well done but no char. Specifically said I do not want a burnt burger. My husband ordered a burger with cheese only, medium, no char, and a side of fries. The fries were amazing, but the burgers were disgusting, very burnt, and with onions. We will never be back! Serving charcoal and calling it hamburgers is poor management. This is our 2nd time here with the exact same result. Poor management on bar stock as they were out of the Breckenridge and apple pucker."
