Waffle House

"Stopped while driving down the road and just had to have some hash browns!! It was clean and the service was great. Right off the highway so easy access while traveling."

"We stopped in after the Garth Brooks concert in Atlanta last night. There were not a lot of people in there, each waitress maybe had 2 tables with people sitting at them. From the minute we walked in we could tell they didn’t want anymore customers. They huffed and puffed every time someone came in the door. The food came out burnt when we finally got it. As we are eating there were other customers that were coming in and the waitresses were talking very loudly about how busy they were and one waitress told them we don’t have a hostess so if you don’t seat yourself you won’t get served. She and the customer had a few choice words before the customer left. Then one of the waitresses put a sign on the door for to go orders only. I have never had such a horrible experience at a Waffle House. Customer service was worst I’ve ever seen anywhere and I work in retail so I see a lot. I understand sometimes it gets busy and sometimes you may be understaffed but the waitresses need to learn how to react to these types of situations instead of having so much negativity toward paying customers. We will never come back to this Waffle House."

"I work very close to this waffle house so it's convenient I stop in to grab breakfast and most days they closed . I thought waffle house never close. The waitress on staff complained about doing her job we been busy since 9 pm last night so what you signed up for this No reason to be closed. They need a better staff with better attitudes people that actually want to work ."

"I love this waffle house. Food is always fresh, and the staff is super friendly . You can get to go orders. Most of the other waffle houses in Newnan don't do it anymore."

"This isn’t the 1st time. Tried calling in to go order with no luck of anyone answering the phones. Got to Waffle House and went in to order and NO ONE was in there (customer wise! 3 people standing there so why they couldn’t take my call? Whole waiting on food 2 other guest came in to eat and they told them it was to go only, no dining in. So, to go but not call in to go, you had to go in and order, wait in the food, then take it with you. I don’t know why no one could dine in, and there wasn’t anything wrong or required shut down. I’ve heard several times, oh that’s how it always is. Kind of seemed the only issue was no one really wanted to work that night lol. I did get my food, the employees there that night weren’t exactly friendly I would say, but weren’t rude either. Sadly, it did just seem like no one was really excited about being there. I have had some good experiences there, but lately I’m not sure what has changed. Just doesn’t have the same vibe I guess can say from other past experiences."
