"Person taking my order was rather rude in drive through. Finally got my order taken and to the window to pay. Cashier told me the amount. I paid and tried asking for my receipt. They weren't paying attention and just closed the window. Went to the pick up window and got my food and the mcflurry... food was cold, meat was overcooked, fries were stale and they didn't bother mixing the oreo mint into the ice cream. They just put it on top and handed it to me. I highly doubt I'll be heading back to this establishment again."
"Multiple times they've messed up food orders and in particular coffee at night. Ordering thru Doordash and the coffee is ice cold. And it's not due to a delayed delivery."
"This is the second time I have to wait in the parking lot for my drive thru order and I didn't get food for 20 min waiting. Once I got home, realized that order is misplaced and I have to go all the way back to replace the order. Food is okay, people are nice. But, if this happens Everytime I go, I cannot recommend this place to anyone."

"2 different visits we were served raw egg. I complained and told them I’d try them one more time. I went back the following week (a full 7 days after they called me back which was a week after my initial complaint, so plenty of time for them to calibrate the cooking surfaces and retrain if needed) and was again served raw eggs! I called and complained again but told them not to bother to give us a credit because I wouldn’t be back and they didn’t even call me back to apologize or anything. I’m just glad we checked the food before eating it."
