Pizza Hut

"Ordered some Pasta bowls tonight along with some wings. The pasta bowls tasted Sauceless, dry and just couldn't finish them. Then we started on the wings. Literally tasted like licking a salt block. Whomever cooked the wings OVER cooked them which i like with the crispy skin, but then they tried to cover it up by tossing them in HEAVY seasoning. Doing this dried the wings out. They were by far the WORST wings I've ever had in my 50+ years. Will not be ordering from Pizza Hut in a long while. If you can't do any better than this, you should quit."

"I ordered 3 pizzas online, paid for them and scheduled pick-up. I then drove to store #106 to pick up my pizza at 6pm. The doors were locked and no one responded when I knocked on the door even when they should have been opened until 9pm. There was one employee that I could see so I knocked more. No response. I then began knocking louder then banging on the door...... nothing from the employee. Then another customer showed up who had also ordered on the app and she was really pissed and started pounding on the door. Finally this kid came to the door and we asked him what the deal was and he said is manager had been in the bathroom for 15 minutes and that he was new and he was a terrible manager. I love Pizza Hut pizza but this was ridiculous. Lots of other options out there. The best part was he said he would just credit our credit cards for the orders ????? I am going to have to go back by there and make sure that happens because I don't believe someone that would just close the store 3 hours early to follow up and actually do their job. Ridiculous."

"I ordered from this pizza hut recently and only one word can describe my experience, nightmare. I arrived for pickup when I was told and still had to wait another 20 minutes for my pie. I spoke to the manager nick, who was absolutely no help. Not that I would have accepted anything else from him on account of the smell. I didn't even eat the pizza I waited almost an hour to get. I completely lost my appetite after our conversation. You'd be better off ordering from any other pizza joint in this area just definitely not here."

"Terrible Service. Ordered pizza for our kids before leaving on a date night. Pizza never showed up, and received no phone calls or notification. We called and a call center answered. They told us the store had a system issue and had to close. They agreed they knew about the situation and they had our order in the system. No call to customers patiently waiting nothing. The person never apologized for the situation and instead said it’s not their job as customer service to update anyone. They took no responsibility for anything and said they would refund us so he doesn’t understand why we are upset about it. Oh and it took 30 minutes to just get them on the phone."

"just recently quit, I advise NO ONE to order from this place in the near future. recently my former GM had to quit, and everyone that worked there about a week ago are all pretty much gone now. the store is now run by maybe 4-5 people (excluding Drivers) who most recently got hired maybe a week ago. as of right now the MANAGERS have no idea what they're doing, and I don't mean that as an insult but literally none of them know how to stretch dough for pizzas, run the registers up front, and most of the time they'd rather sit around and do nothing than actually do their job. DO NOT order from this location, there are other restaurants you can order from nowadays on delivery but save your time and money and DO NOT waste it here."
