"We had an unfortunate accident with our car and needed to get repairs completed easily but done right! Gerber Kennesaw did NOT disappoint me at all! Kimberly & Travis were awesome to deal with. They made the entire process seamless with my insurance company, the rental car and pickup last minute when my schedule changed! I REALLY appreciate good service as I'm also in the Service industry, so I felt compelled to share my experience! These two were better to deal with than my own insurance company... If you have bad luck like me, definitely trust them with your repairs! I cannot say ENOUGH good things about this bad situation... "The repair job itself was fine. I had an issue with the cleanliness on the interior of the car (no repair work needed on the inside). The new manager for the site did go above and beyond with righting the wrong, which many aren't willing to do. I would definitely do business with them again."
