I cant say enough good about these folks and supporting small businesses is a priority but they made us feel like we had known them for years! I'm so Blessed that I ran into Chris while in desperate need to find a repair shop to fix my car after I had hit a deer. "Staff was friendly and welcoming enough when we went for an estimate. However, it's been 2 weeks and still no contact. We waited 4 days for a quote then took our business elsewhere and got a full itemized estimate on the spot that was approved by insurance. Just don't say you're going to give a quote, take down all info, assure us it will be done and never respond."

"Beware, I had used this company a couple of times before but it was Insurance claims where the other persons insurance paid both times. The jobs were done satisfactorily. I had damaged the rear hatch on my 2003 SUV and sent it to them for repair. They never gave me an estimate or had my signature for any work they also discovered damage I had no idea about and did not disclose to me. They did all the repairs with out telling me the cost. They called and told me the SUV was ready and that I owed $2818.00 I could have sued them in court and won but the cost of attorney and the drama of it all was not worth it. I ended up paying $2150.00. The work was satisfactory but not giving and estimate and the right to decide to repair or not was inexcusable."
