"I came to Georgia for a family visit & I brought my vehicle to them for an oil change and they didn’t dump the oil, instead they added new oil on top of it and it overflowed into the cylinders and then into my engine. This was confirmed by the dealership!!! I have to get a completely new engine, pay to get my car shipped back home, fly back home etc. They took no responsibility and didn’t try to assist in anyway. The owner stopped responding to my calls and didn’t care nor would he take responsibility for his employees mistake. I lost so much because I didn’t have a vehicle for months. If you just have the funds to replace an engine just because this is the place to take your car for them to destroy it. Now I have to fly back to Georgia just to sue them. Please don’t be like me find a reliable, responsible business to do business with."

"First I noticed several lights on my dash hi beginning coming on did I couldn’t explain ABS antilock even emergency brake is on light then I found the old cat was missing and by holding my hand over the whole the lights will go out being they were the last ones to change my oil and no one’s been under the hood cents add assume it’s safe they were the ones who neglected to put the oil cap back on Update- I tried to visit the. Website you mentioned in your response to my review only to find it says under construction or no longer a site after nearly 1/2 an hour searching. I’d happily revise my rating to a more favorable review if you’d be willing to replace the oil cap that went missing during your oil change. Seems like a fair deal to me and I’ll amend my 2 star to a 5 star if you’ll agree to right the wrong"
