"I purchase 2 cars from Valid and every time my experience has been nothing but STELLA, from the greetting to the driving away every step was met with absolute professionalism. Last year i got my wife and Achadia GMC, and last month We got a Land Rover and like before no complaint. On top of it they've been taking care of my wife's car since we brought it. I am so glad we found a great mechanic shop in griffin to do business with and they got mine as long as they stay open."
"I gave this shop one star because 0 was not an option. This has to be the worst experience that I have ever had with a repair shop! The owners lie and say that they can fix your vehicle knowing that they cannot. They then give you excuse after excuse as to why they can’t get the job done blaming it on people that work for them. I brought a box truck to this shop back in November of 2022. As I sit and write this today (June 2023), my truck is still not fixed!! They have scammed me out of over $6,000 in parts and labor. I cannot wait to sue!!"
"I went in with a/c issues. I was greeted by very friendly lady that said the inspection was free and they could get to it in about 15 minutes. Shortly she let me know that it was a simple $5 part. The entire repair was only a little more than other places wanted just to check it out. They could have completely taken advantage of me with this extreme heat, but they were honest, affordable, timely, and my a/c works great. I will absolutely be back."
