"My mother just took her F25 BMW here for collision repair after hitting a deer. I’m a BMW DIY enthusiast and I can say this was a top notch job. It took a little longer than expected due to some incorrect parts being ordered(I assume because this is an M Sport model instead of the base X3) but it was worth the wait in the end. I couldn’t find a single missing screw or anything out of place. Paint looks great too. The one criticism I hand is that they let the battery die(stored in car’s fault memory), which obviously isn’t good for it. It should have been put on a trickle charger while it sat there. Special shout out to Steve for working with us and being professional."

They answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything during my estimate. They called me kept me informed about my appointment and even reminded me the day before. My car was finished within a week and they did a great job on my repairs! I have used them throughout the years and have never had an issue."
