"Love my Infiniti G37S convertible. Was referred to this company from two separate individuals. Took the car in and they kept it for three weeks, never once making any progress, did not follow up on commitments, made excuses on difficulty on getting parts of which I just discovered can be received in four days, would not return phone calls, and twice had to drive 1.45 hours just to interact with them and still no progress. Finally had to take my car back. Communication none. Commitments kept none. Progress made none. Reviews? One. This one."
