"Good work but terrible customer service would not recommend. I had my car tinted here about 3 months ago and two days after I realized the back glass was peeling up. Called and they said they would fix it so made an appointment for a week later ( I should be priority because they messed up on my car) brought my car for it to get picked up they never showed call and they said they was busy and had to reschedule then the new appointment date comes and hear nothing from them. Three moths later finally have an appointment made picked up car at 8:40am I did not get my car back till 6:15pm. It takes all day to tint one window???? I got off work at 5:30 and had to wait almost an hour after work before I could leave because they had my car."
"Recently I just purchase a new vehicle and a good friend of mine told me to go to Custom Car and Bike shop. I went to the business and order accessories for my vehicle also I had to give a deposit. That didn't sit to well with me also set up a appointment. I was late on my appointment and got rescheduled the same day… when I came back the owner came to me and told me that he could do half of the things that I want done but I will have to come back so he could finish up that didn't sit too well with me either… There's more to the story but I just ask for my money back and the owner wanted to give it to me in a cash app in which I gave him straight cash for everything to be done.. Consumers out there that's getting accessories done to the vehicles please look up the shop that you're going to and look at the ratings and prices… if they want a deposit please go somewhere else !!!!"
"I'm not sure of the owner's name, but he is very professional and gives quality service each time. I've let him install my CD Player and make decals for my vehicles for several years now. Awesome guy!"
"The owner is a straight shooter and very fair priced. I attempted to DIY install on an aftermarket back-up camera for my '11 Tundra and got about 80% done by myself then got to stuck at some of the wiring and power supply step. He was very polite and well mannered, NOT condescending toward my lack of knowledge. He supplied me with all the small parts I needed for the various connections and made it work within 15 mins. He is the Car Doctor. Will definitely recommend to all with any car needs."
