"I would like to take the time to acknowledge Dakota, an associate at the BV Road location. I certainly cannot thank this young man enough! A brief description of my dilemma: leaving football practice with my 9 & 11 year old boys heading home and my truck kept losing power & turned off twice from their practice field to AZ. I knew taking the route on the interstate would be very dangerous and I definitely wasn't about to risk getting home while my boys were with me. When I arrived he was very courteous as I explained what I believe the issue was. He still took the time to ask how my day was aside from the reality of what was currently causing me stress. He immediately went into action and explained in detail what the issue was, all while assisting in very cold weather for about 15-20 mins. His customer service was stellar; very courteous, knowledgeable, and confident in getting the job done which he did! Thank you again Dakota...my family & I are so grateful & appreciative that you went above & beyond!"
