"Got into an accident and asked the Northlake location to repair my car. Car looks amazing and work was done a day early! Kameron was a great estimator who I gladly got to know and the receptionist is a very friendly woman. Would recommend any auto body repairs be taken here!"
"Our brand new car got hit with less than 800 miles on it. CBW was a preferred body shop with the insurance of the party at fault. CBW (Cameron) had great communication about the progress of the work on our car. It took a few days longer (as we expected because extra damage is always found). When the car was returned to us there was still a dent and there were numerous scratches on the body below the rear window. They immediately worked for us to bring the car back and rectify the situation. The area of initial damage is much better, even if not 100% and the scratches are gone. However, we now have some damage to our black rim. Hopefully this review has management reminding their employees to be more careful with all parts of a car they are working on or removing from the vehicle."
