"My Mercedes Benz dealer warranty had recently expired. I needed service on my GLC300. My husband recommended to me to try Eurofed in Suwanee. I contacted them and made an appointment. Upon arriving, I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of their waiting room and was greeted by Walker , the manager. He said “thank you for bringing you Mercedes for service and give my regards to your husband The service I was getting was an oil change and filter replacement along with a complete check of major items. While changing the oil, Walker approached me and said that there’s a problem. Apparently, the previous oil change provided by the dealer had not completely drained the oil before refilling the engine. They would not have noticed this without paying close attention while the oil was draining and then measuring the amount removed . Walker said that this apparently did not do any damage to the PCV system (whatever that is) but he would give me a statement of what he found and I should return to the dealer and share that with him . The dealer acknowledged that the oil had been over filled by them and even though my warranty had expired, they extended , in writing, my warranty for another 6 months. This would not have occurred without the careful and attentive service performed by Eurofed. I was very pleased and will continue to have them perform all necessary service in my car . Great job!"
