"Just bought two jugs of oil and an oil filter for my car yesterday. I told them the make model and year, and the guy helping me seemed to keep forgetting which I won't blame anyone for the first time but I reminded him which car it was actually for after that. I unfortunately am not very car savvy and when I got home both oil jugs weren't the oil I asked for (which shame on me anyway for not checking before I left, but I showed him in text form and told him which type). So I took those back to return them, and the guy got confused because he couldn't scan the receipt that he gave me . They eventually figured out how to return them both which I was grateful for until today when my dad and I tried to put on the new oil filter and it did not fit. Then I look at the return receipts and this man returned my oil filter that I still have instead of the smaller oil jug that they took back, which I believe was more expensive. I really hate leaving bad reviews and complaining about people but this was just incompetent and I would avoid going there again."
"Was the only one in the store. One employee helping a customer in the parking lot. Another walked past me several times and the other was in the back talking to his friends. Stood here for about 10 minutes until I had to complain."
"We needed a car battery changed-the guys here are THE BEST—so professional, skilled, and really kind. They went above and beyond to help me though it ended up being more challenging than we’d thought it would be. I recommend them very highly!"
"Angel and the staff at the East Cobb store were incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable when I arrived with a dead battery in my car. Angel made sure it was the battery and that the alternator and starter were both still working by performing tests on them as well. They removed the old battery and replaced it with a new one. I am so thankful and appreciative of the staff at this store."
"Courtney was terrific. First class customer service (polite, understanding, and worked very fast). My wife and I had bought a battery from Advanced Auto that had failed. Courtney confirmed that it was still under warranty; he then physically replaced it for us and got us on our way super-fast. If you live in the East Cobb area, go see Courtney at Advanced Auto as he'll take good care of you."
