"Terrible customer service! I have never experienced a staff that makes you feel like you are an inconvenience by asking them to do their job. Was told they would replace my battery over the phone then told a lie when I got there. Called 2 other locations and was told 2 different lies. They advertise they will change your battery but will tell you every lie under the sun why they can't. Bad business!"

"I never need much when I come to Auto Zone. I have always chosen this one when I can get to it. My headlamp went out on a rental car I drive and Melissa wasted no time at all to assist with purchase all the way through with installing the headlamp and did I say with a smile. She has a smile that will light up a room. I will definitely continue to come to this location. Overall, for those who need a great auto parts store choose Auto Zone they have never disappointed me."

"Let me start off by saying faith was very professional, I called the store about an alternator and asked if it was in stock , I arrived at the store to retrieve the item and was given a cheaper quote then I was told on the phone and I also had a $20 off coupon, I explained the car model again to ensure that I was purchasing the right part . I get back to my car and my mechanic noticed that it was not the correct part so I had to go back to the store in the rain and find out that the first price was not the correct price so therefore I had to pay the difference so when I asked if my $20 would be applied John Dunn proceeded to be rude telling me that I couldn’t get my discount when I explain that since it was not my fault that I was given the wrong part it should be discounted but no John wants to be unprofessional when I asked for his name to write it down he told me he wasn’t gonna write it down and I could have a paper with no pen I had to ask faith for a pen, he proceeded to get loud with me( even though I’m old enough to be his mother ) saying that corporate wouldn’t t do anything because of the mistake that was made on their behalf I explained to him that he was very unprofessional and I was reporting him he proceeded to walk away , but faith took care of the discount and apologized but it wasn’t faith fault that JOHN DUNN away rude! Thank you again Faith and please don’t turn into a JOHN DUNN!! I will not spend my money at this location again!!! He needs to be spoken to about customer service! And not to raise his voice at any customer! Thank you"
