"Man tell you NAPA as whole has fall from it hayday. I came in to the location and found that some of the long term teammate no longer at this location which is understandable but seriously the replacement need to be of equal or better caliber. I walk around the location and found many empty spot of the displays. Then when I went to the counter I was acknowledge. The teammate was under some serious distress as it look like he was the only one there that morning. I lucky they were the lowest price that I could find but ultimately decide to take my quote O'reilly down the street for the sell as at that location the teammate left impress with the level of customer service. NAPA need to focus on get the people trained and develop for customer like myself that value the experience along with the purchase we are four year remove from the pandemic and right now it make it or break decision while everyone is getting tired of order online and dealing with the hassle of returns and exchange are looking to come in to stores for their items it would be in the interest of the company to focus on get staff up to deliver great service in addition to the product."

"big run around from 3 Napa sources for this disabled reviewer. 1 store said they couldn't replace or swap dead under warranty battery and needed original receipt, then looked and said i'd have schlepp to Kennesaw store who said they couldn't honor NAPA warranty either and would have to take to Mavis Tire and Battery who originally sold me a $250 battery and blew out $2600 in computer chips and charged a shipload to install on top of purchase. Up selling masters still not resolved by the shop on 120 W. Did not even offer to have Mavis insurance pay my claim. TSF 7th level Google Hometown Guide/Reviewer. New battery wouldn't hold a charge and even under warranty charged about $50 for a pro-rated replacement uninstalled. Be very wary with both chains NAPA & Mavis. FYI Prior owners of Mavis were 5 stars *****. Now rated probs 1-2 maximum. P.S. wife and I disabled too."

"I know that no one cares but I just came out of the NAPA that is on the corner of Cobb Pkwy and Gresham Rd and the service was very bad; maybe because I’m a woman and the employees are people that can’t accept women purchasing items for their vehicles. I walked in, I knew what I needed, there was an elderly man and a young man at the counter, they bother looked at me as if I was out of place. When I said what I was looking for, it seemed like now of them wanted to take care of me. Then the older man pointed to the young one and he took care of me but I could tell that he didn’t want to do so. This is the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this NAPA but I’m definitely not going back"

"It's not a NAPA Auto Parts Store anymore, its Advance Auto Parts. I went there to have two of my boat batteries tested. I ended up purchasing a Deep Cycle battery for my trolling motor. The price of the battery was reasonable at  $95.00.  Good friendly service."

"I've worked for multiple dealerships through out Marietta and now whole sale vehicles. I've spent a lot of time and money with this location for both wholesale and retail. Today I needed an axle/spindle nut for an Altima. One of the most common parts, for one of the more common vehicles. After I provided my older sales associate Mr. Arturo with the VIN to the vehicle, he takes my phone, places it down and immediately asks me what the vehicle is. At this point Mr. Arturo has no idea whether I need something basic, or complex. Just that I provided the VIN hoping to ensure fitment. When I respond with, "I gave you the VIN." Mr. Arturo let's out a large sigh asking, "what are you looking for?" After three types on his key board, he follows with, "No. Nothing. Must be something you have to get from the dealer." At this point I'm completely skeptical. I sit in my car, look up the VIN on the Marietta location's own website, and return with a part number showing in stock. By the grace of sheer luck alone, Mr. Arturo is now having another long conversation with a customer, that hardly seems professional. This allows me to get a salesman I have worked with before. I provided the exact part number, and had it in my hands within five minutes. The mysterious dealer-only part I was assured wasn't available only minutes before. It's because of my experience with Mr. Arturo today, that I am no longer willing to do business with this location ever again. Whether commercial or retail. This is not my first poor customer service experience from Mr. Arturo. Considering he's been at this location several years, I feel safe knowing I will not have to encounter him again."
